The Alliance for Education is bringing together volunteers from local companies and community partners for ‘Ready, Set, School’ – volunteer days of service supporting Seattle Public Schools campuses. Volunteers will share their time and heart during a half day, group volunteer event at schools that need extra hands to prepare learning environments for students and staff to start school!
Volunteers and donors will support real school needs that strengthen school communities and create cleaner, more welcoming spaces where students can return to school ready to learn!

We’re looking for a Director of Human Resources who will be a key member of the Alliance for Education’s leadership team, responsible for strengthening the organization’s people, culture, HR infrastructure, and operational systems. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a small, mission-driven nonprofit environment.
