Meet Superintendent Shuldiner | SESEC February Coalition Meeting

February 19, 2026

We’re cohosting SESEC’s upcoming February Coalition meeting to welcome and meet our new Seattle Public Schools Superintendent, Ben Shuldiner. This is an important moment for our district and for our students.

We know that strong leadership starts with listening. We are providing the space for the Superintendent to hear directly from community partners, leaders, families and educators as he begins making decisions that reflect the hopes, needs and lived experiences of our school communities. Your voice matters in setting the direction forward!

When our Superintendent succeeds by being grounded in community partnership and shared vision, our students succeed, too. By joining together, SESEC, the Alliance and SPS district leaders will be able to scale learnings, innovations and solutions district-wide that remain rooted in the needs of students and families furthest from educational justice.

Come share your perspective, ask questions, and help shape what’s next for our schools!
